About Me.
My name is Jake Newlander and my goal is simple – to help you get results.
My dream has always been to help people change their lives in a positive way. I have a deep understanding of the mechanics of Fitness and sports, with a degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University. After graduation I moved to Los Angeles, where I currently reside and work as a Celebrity Personal Trainer and Hollywood Physique Expert as part of TEAM ETT, as well a co-host Celebrity Sweat TV (available on Amazon Prime).
My goal is simple – to help people reach their goals. Whether that's losing weight, gaining muscle mass, or something between, every person and every body has specific needs, but we all have one thing in common: we want to see results. My aim is to provide a unique plan tailored to each individual's goals and to get those results. I want to help make a better you!

When it comes to food, most people are their own biggest enemy. The harder it is to fight the craving usually means that it will be that much more beneficial after you cut it out. By following a customized diet, results can be attained safely and quickly while also bettering your overall health.

Go to bed
Like your phone needs to be charged at night, your body needs time to rest as well. Your phone wouldn’t be able to function to its best ability if it was almost on empty. Sleep is a big key in getting results.
